Jacqueline Ford is redefining what it means to be a designer in today’s built world. As one of the few women in California licensed as both a General Contractor and Certified Interior Designer, she bridges the gap between design and construction—bringing visionary concepts to life with precision, purpose, and style.

As the founder and principal of Jacqueline Ford Design + Build, Inc., she leads a multidisciplinary team specializing in high-end residential, multifamily, and commercial projects across Southern California. Her work blends architectural integrity with elevated interiors—spaces that feel modern, soulful, and distinctly livable.

Jacqueline’s creative process is as structured as it is inspired. From concept to completion, she curates every detail with intention, balancing design excellence, functionality, and craftsmanship. Her aesthetic: modern luxury with a grounded, California ease.

A bold voice in a male-dominated industry, Jacqueline is also the founder of HerRise, a nonprofit empowering women transitioning out of crisis to rebuild confidence, career, and community. Through mentorship she continues to champion women in architecture, design, and construction.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Jacqueline leads with collaboration, innovation, and quiet strength—proving that design can be both beautiful and built to last.

Our team has over 40+ years of combined design + build experience. We are fully licensed in the state of California for both residential and commercial projects.

Our team can handle interior, exterior, new construction, remodels, tenant improvements for both commercial and residential properties.
We work closely with structural and MEP engineers to ensure each project is built structurally sound and to code.
