Meet Jacqueline Ford, a licensed general contractor, certified architectural interior and exterior designer with over 10 years of experience. She is the Principal Project Manager for single and multifamily residential and commercial TI projects, and has developed projects from design and concept development, space planning, FF&E, budgeting, to the build process.

Jacqueline has assembled and managed a diverse team of 20+ employees/freelancers and secured several mutually beneficial partnerships with vendors, subcontractors, and tradespeople. Her expertise includes the design and build of large scale renovation projects, staging and marketing of completed projects, team management, and creative design ideas and implementation. She is also a mentor to women in the industry and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Jacqueline earned an Associate of Science in Interior Architecture from Mt. San Antonio College with a GPA of 3.5, where she also made the President's list. She also holds an Associate of Arts in Product and Fashion Design from California Design College, where she was on the Honor Roll with a GPA of 3.8.

Jacqueline holds multiple certifications and licenses including California Commercial Interior Design Certification, Building and Kitchen and Bath designer Certifications, General B + C-53 (#1042736) Contractors State Licensing Board, Diversity and Inclusion (HR University), Women in Leadership: Inspiring Positive Change (Case Western Reserve University), and Content Marketing and Developing a Growth Marketing Mentality (HubSpot Academy).

Jacqueline has proficiency in various technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Quickbooks, ADP, Revit, Sketchup, Landscape Architect, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Chief Architect, Monday, HubSpot, MyDoma, Slack, Canva, Zoom, and GoToMtg. She is highly proficient with technology and can quickly learn and navigate new programs efficiently.

Jacqueline is the Principal Designer and Contractor of Jacqueline Ford Design + Build, Inc., which she established in 2012. She built and managed a team of 20+ employees and secured several mutually beneficial partnerships with vendors and tradespeople. Her streamlined customer experience using a client portal platform that hosts all communications, deliverables, and invoices. Prior to that, she was the Principal Designer and Product Manager of Auburn LA, Inc. and the COO and Lead Product Designer of Custom Made V.C.

In addition to her impressive professional experience, Jacqueline is actively involved in various community organizations such as HerRise, a non-profit organization that helps empower and prepare minority women in shelters to reenter the workforce; Mt. San Antonio College Mentor Program for Women and Minorities, a mentorship program for women and minorities enrolled in predominantly male-dominated and/or underrepresented college programs; NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction), where she advocates for women in the construction industry; and DemoChicks, a non-profit organization that empowers young girls to pursue nontraditional careers in architecture, construction, and engineering (ACE) fields.
